Game doesn't load certain maps.

I'm having trouble loading certain maps. Not long map load times, just not loading at all. 

My issues are occuring on the PS4.

The maps are:

Silk Road

All of the new Second Assualt maps.

For the longest time it didn't want to load Golmud Railway.

I have deleted the data and reinstalled to no avail. Any ideas? Thanks!
