Game ignores Logitech Profiler Joystick settings

I have an old logitech freedom 2.4 witch I've finally managed to configure correctly for BF4. The only problem left now is that the game (BF4) ignores or bypasses my Logitech Profiler settings, which means that the small error I have in my Z- axis can't be worked around.

Has anyone figured out how to make the game follow the settings set in logitech profiler? Deadzone, sensitivity etc?

If its not possible due to how the joystick support is implemented in BF4, can we at least get a deadzone setting? 🙂
