Game is crispy when moving mouse (polling rate doesn't help)

Hello, I have an issue with Battlefield 1, but also in BF4 and BFV, when moving mouse during match makes game feel not smooth, crispy. BF4 is semi-playable I'd say, BF1 and BFV become unplayable the more I'm playing & moving mouse. On start on the match it's PERFECTLY smooth.

I've tested every single solution possible, in-game settings, user.cfg config with various commands, exc. fullscreen windows option, nvidia settings, gsync/vsync on/off, fps uncapped or capped at 235, Origin/Ea App overlay off, switched polling rate 1000-500hz, enh. mouse precision on/off in Windows, various Windows reinstalls (10, 11, revios), maybe some more tweaks. It's still the same, slightly more or less visible but it's still here. When I start moving mouse e.g. flicking, aiming, game becomes crispy.

Temps are 50-60c CPU & GPU, drives/mb are at ~40c, no overheating or stuttering or anything. All three games run silky smooth at 170+ fps. But have that cripsy feeling only when moving mouse around. Can post screens if needed.

Happens only in Battlefield games. I'd do some more excessive testing but SP games e.g. Bioshock Infinite I'm finishing rn is running completely fine, so is R6 Siege or let's say Hogwarts Legacy.

My specs are:

CPU: Ryzen 5600x
Cooler: Dark Rock 4 (non-PRO)
MB: MSI B550 Tomahawk
RAM: 2x16 3600cl16 Crucial Ballistix

GPU: Palit 3070 Gamerock OC
SSD: Kingston 500Gb NVME + Crucial 500Gb SATA
PSU: Corsair RM750x
Monitor: Acer XV253QX 240hz
Mouse: Razer Viper 8K
Mousepad: HyperX big one (90x45cm iirc, brand new)
Keyboard: HyperX Alloy FPS Pro

This thing is driving me crazy. Hoping for you help. Thanks.
