Game is matchmaking me in the wrong region

Summarize your bug Matchmaking is always putting me in Europe servers, Every single matchmade game puts me in a 200 ping server. How do i change the settings? I just want to play operations in Asian servers (where i get 100 ping)
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Ask someone from India to use matchmaking and see if they get put in Asia (100 ping) or Europe (170-200 ping)
What happens when the bug occurs? It connects my to a server where the gameplay experience is subpar (missing shots, late hit registration, getting killed behind cover etc)

I've posted in Battlefiled forums, reddit etc and got no response raised a chat and the action plan that was given to me was of no help whatsoever. I tried matchmaking for various game modes and in all cases it puts me in French/Italian servers. I have no problem using server browser which is how I play most of the time but Operations mode is not there as an option and when i matchmake in it, it puts me in Europe
