Game language locked to english/polish

It seems you stated in your post that you were GIFTED the game, so whomever gifted you this game, purchased the key elsewhere other than Origin, as you cannot gift games thru Origin. They must have purchased a Russian / Polish key. There is nothing that can be done to change the language on that version of the game, you would have to purchase it directly from Origin to get the correct version.
I have a disc for the game. But still how are people supposed to know that there are 2 versions? And I think english should be included in every disc/key purchased...
And a lot of people have got their games switched to worldwide version (same polish/russian version). When they enter the support chat room the people change it for them. why not me then?
You are supposed to read the box before buying it. It says the languages included on the box.
As for EA support (located at help.ea.com) changing the language you will have to take that up with them, Answers HQ is a community driven support forum, we can't do anything from in here.
