Game not showing up in Origin library, instant access Amazon purchase
I just bought the "instant access" version of Battlefield 1 PC Standard Edition from Amazon and it hasn't shown up in My Games on Origin. I tried signing out and back in, re-installing the Origin client but it doesn't show up. I tried to reload my game library as well, which didn't work.
I have the order confirmation from Amazon. I can't redeem a code since instant access doesn't give you a code (it's supposed to go straight to your origin account to download). My account is linked properly. The problem seems to be during the in-between from Amazon to Origin.
What gives?
@beep_bop_booop Hi, thanks for the post. I think that I may need to refer you back to Amazon support as I can't see the game on your account, but I'd like to double check first. Were you using the same account that you're using to post?
Were you prompted to link your accounts, as in the description?
