Game removed from origin

So I bought BF-1 the standard edition via the Origin Client Yesterday, and it was a success and the payment and transaction all happent successfully. But today around evening when I checked my Origin game library the game was no where to be found and I saw an email stating that the game had been removed due to some transaction issue (Payment issue), So I called up to my Credit card bank and asked them if there was an issue with the payment and they said that there was nothing wrong on their side and the payment was successfully completed. So now I tried contacting EA via their live chat thing (Which never worked cause I waited for like 2-3 hrs and no reply) so I then found their twitter and messaged them on that and they told that my account had been banned/suspended, and I was like what? I had just played BF-1 3 times since I bought it and I never even broke any of their terms or rules, and the worst part is that they aren't even telling me what's the reason for the ban/suspension. And then they gave me some 'Lets_talk@ea' Email and so I emailed them on that. But im really not sure how long it would take them to reply as I had seen that some people have waited for over 3 days and have received no reply at all. So I'm wondering if this had happent to anyone

  • @Xenon_X_Kun Well, it's really strange. Since you have emailed to lets_talk@ea.com about your Ban, then you can receive a reply from lets_talk  within 72 hours.  Please check this article to learn more information: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

Also, I'd recommend to contact EA support since they can provide a little more information about your case. In this topic you will learn about various options to contact support:  How to contact EA support

I'm sorry to hear you have been banned for a transaction failure. While rare, it can certainly happen and the main course of actions is to suspend the account holder due to the risk of phishing scam. Yes, I know it's not convenient for you as you probably had the best of intentions and legitimately bought the game, but something somewhere between your bank account and EA have gone wrong and this is probably why the game has been removed.

In addition, EA is unable to state a user's ban reason on their social networks and other public entities. To resolve this issue, you must contact Customer Support and have a Live Chat with an EA Agent.

To do this, head over to this link ( https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/ ) and fill the form as followed:

    1. Click "Create New Case" if the popup window with your previous cases appears (If you had any)
    2. Type "Origin" in the Search Box (You can type Battlefield 1 too, however this issue also concerns your Origin account)
    3. Select your platform (PC or Mac)
    4. Select the Topic - Orders
    5. Select the Issue - Report payment error
    6. If this was a gift, select yes, otherwise select no
    7. Click "Select contact option"
    8. You will reach a new window and will be able to select the contact method with EA's Support Team. I recommend you pick "Chat". To do so, write down the subject of your issue, "Purchased Battlefield 1 and was banned the following day due to transaction error"
You may also attach screenshots of the errors you receive or anything you may find relevant.
    9. When the subject has been written down, you may now click the "Chat Now" button.
    10. A small popup window will appear, this is the chat window. Keep it open until an EA Agent will become available to assist you.

And that's about it! I hope your issue will get resolved as soon as possible so that you can get back in the battle.

Have a good day! I'd be happy to know the outcome of your interaction with the support team once it's finished.

  • Even If i leave the chat open, no one responds to me. I left it open for like 12 hours and still nothing.
