Game stuck in a different language

I would please ask you to keep a topic to just one thread and not repost issues.

Could there be a chance that you purchased the Russian/Polish version beforehand? It could potentially interfere with the English version you might have bought at some point. In that case, I would recommend contacting Support and asking them to deactivate the Russian version, if that is possible, though if you don't have the English version, that would mean you wouldn't be able to play the game at all any more.

If you don't actually have the English version, the only thing you can do is to buy the English version, as the languages available are bound to the region.

@EA_Pythia Thank you so much for the useful reply! Just to confirm - yes, I owned the RU version, and wanted a version in EN so I went ahead and bought it. That is probably the issue, thanks! I hope support can fix it.

P.S. Sorry for the second thread, I didn't get any replies there since Tuesday, and it's my holiday so I'd like to play my favorite game.
