@dreamcorp2 Hey,
Try the following:
1)Open Origin client and right-click Battlefield 4 icon and click Game Properties
2)Go to When Launching This Game section and choose Battlefield 4 (x86) and click Save (Ok)
After that, try to launch the game and see if it works.
ive tried doing that, and doing it the other way around too and it didnt work

Thanks for the feedback! Really glad for you 😉
Hello,
I tried everything, even downloading and installing microsoft c++ 2012 and i still have the same problem.@IIPrest0nIISry but that's not a workaround, if you wanne do some customer service, bring some technic expert into the forum, you telling the people to use an x86 Version in 2021. I also have the same problem that the x64 Version, which worked flawless month ago, will not start and give me the msg msvc110.dll missing. The files exist in the folder also i reinstall all vcredist_86 and _64 no changes. Pls investigate that problem, could be with new Version of Windows 10 or something went wrong, its not normal. But the support here in that forum is a nightmare, that topic is marked as solved and thats not correct! Im from germany, my english is not the best.
So some thoughts about the issue:
- EA Problem with the new/old menu from BF1
- WINDOWS 10 Problem with vcredist and update 21H1

Hi, I was having the same promlem.
Try both these fixes and restart your PC.
Use the System File Checker tool to repair missing or corrupted system files (microsoft.com)
Right click and verify game, this happened to me when i tried to run the game from a windows installation on my other HDD also after i had moved the installation to another HDD
- ZoneBlaze4 years agoRising Newcomer@IIPrest0nII That fixed it for me. This error started appearing after I installed BF1 so I'm guessing there's some conflict between the two games on my system.
