Hi @user1425869 You can contact EA Help through https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/ but, as Instant Gaming are not an official third-party reseller, I don't know how much support they can give you. You might want to try requesting a refund from the seller and repurchasing from an official one (https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/where-to-buy-ea-games-v2/).
