Getting 3659 error when trying to join a game

I bought a copy of Battlefield 4 2 days ago and from then I cant connect to almost every server because im getting this error which says "Game disconnected: Client closed down connection. Check your network connection and make sure that port 3659 (UDP) is open."

I opened the port 3659 and the rest of the ports I need to open and set my PC to have a static IP,but it still didnt worked.

Then I was told from EA support that I should talk to my ISP (Etisalat) so I sent an Email to them but they didnt replied to me.

Is there any way to fix this problem myself? I desperately want to play multiplayer so bad.
