Getting a UDP Port 3659 Error only for one server on Hardline

Hey as written in the title I'm consistently getting a port closed error only when I log into the one populated server on PC, " ! [FREE] ALL BASE MAPS & MODES - HP SET I VOTEMAP I TICK 60HZ". Any other server with some smaller population I hop onto with a smaller population loads in fine. I've already tried port forwarding, messing with my router, and updating punkbuster.

Open to more suggestions!!
