I got mine refunded, and it looks like the guys there are turning into assholes.
I get the anti-cheating stance, but not to the point of guilty until proven innocent. What a backwards approach to it all. And everyone is fine with it, because they claim it works.
I'll never buy a game with PB on it again, and nor anything from EA. The treatment is ridiculous, and their unwillingness to do anything is worse. I don't buy games to be banned for having software installed that they don't care for.
Yes that's a regretable approach of all of this. You can't do what you want with your machine and programs and if you dare have something they don't like you're guilty until proven innocent.
Do you mind telling me how you got your refund ?
There is a lot of topics on the forum, gotta contact an EA advisor to do so. In my case I bought it through Origin so they needed to refund it.
If bought at retail I don't imagine that will work, as they will refer you to the retailer.
