Getting kick by either admin or Punk baster

So on starday i was playing camping then suddenly my game crashed just a simple massage that my game has stopped working so i went to multiplayer it connects and then i get kick from an admin or punkbaster before even joing the server From that day to this day i'm still having this issue i dont hack but i went to appdata and checked punkbaster pbl it said 
"CORRUPT MODUEL d3d9 " or something like that

I have tried these things
~Repaired game
~Re install D3D9
~checked firewall
~Updated punkbuster 

Please tell me am i banned or something? because i want to play ☹️
