GGC ban by screenshot. GIUD ban.

Hello!

I've been recently banned by GGC-stream. Ban was put to GUID. Now i can not connect to most of the servers.

The ban itself was applied by GGC admins by examining my screenshots. On the screenshots they saw a red dot in the centre of my screen. That is the reason for ban.

I've contactet GGC-stream and applied for a ban lift. Explained them about the red dot - on the 3D monitors ( I have LG Cinema 3DTV DM2752) you have a software pack to setup 3D parameters. One of the options is a Laser Mark (the red dot). So i was using it for a long time and then, one day - BAN. Already told GGC-stream that if this is considered to be a cheat, then I'll stop using it. But they still dont lift the ban. So my question is "is there a possibility to get a ban lift?"

Important:

1. No warning was issued before banning!

2. Why there is no warning from PB like "you are using cheat XXXX, and there's a posibbility of being banned" or "the software you are using MAY be considered as illegal cheat program and could cause a ban"?

3. Why EA is not warning players, of the programs which are considered as hacks/cheats? (as example: You may get banned for following reasons: 1-aimbot, 2-wallhack, e.t.c.)

I wouldn't have raised this topic if the game was free. But now this is a money question.
