Glitch with Battlepacks.

    I´m sorry to hear that, this unlock should definitely work every time you rank up.

    There are many items you´re still missing from those battlepacks.

    Have you already restored your licenses or even re-installed the game?

    This seems to be a synchronization issue, the *support* should be able to fix that problem if nothing else works.

Hello @Mrfreeze8767,

which rank have you achieved in BF4?

The gold battlepack for every single rank you promote starts when you reach rank 50, 

You can see that  *here*, so hopefully there are no technical issues with your game or account.

Please let me know if everything is OK with your BF4 progress 🙂

I am currently a level 58, and haven't received any battlepacks since level 50. I am still able to rank up, but it does not come with a battlepack. I'm not mad, but I am a little annoyed that I can get weapon battlepacks but not the gold battlepacks I am supposed to get every promotion.
