I have the same error and meanwhile it is UNACCEPTABLE situation!
During the beta version i dont experienced such problem.
I am not alone with this problem and dice seems do nothing with that major problem.
My gpu is a gtx770 phantom (factory oc gpu) and i never had any problems with that card by other games.
Game is running on Win10 64bit.
FIX IT ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!
