hello I have a problem in this game lock at picture graphics was is downgraded how can I fix it?

I play this game in pcWith the limited information given I'd say it's most likely a graphics driver issue.
Try using DDU to completely uninstall your graphics driver:
http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html
and then reinstall the latest driver directly from AMD or Nvidia's website.

But I think this problems is from my Windows registry
My windows is 10
How can I find a windows 10 backup registry?
Can anyone take a backup from windows 10 and send it ?
