Green screen flickering when not using TAA

How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1: Use amd gpu 2: use FXAA or no AA 3: play on St. Quentin Scar (most susceptible map to the bug) untill the bug occurs. Also try using planes to increase the probability of the bug.
What happens when the bug occurs? The screen get a green hue/filter that disappear and appear rapidly (flickers).
