I have this same problem and it's really getting me angry whenever I look at it because it has been there for MONTHS.
They know this, this is not the only post but they are just ignoring it.
As you said, this has been there for months and no one do nothing but tell you to restart your mac address from your xbox lol like if that could work.
Lol. I wouldn't be suprised if they don't fix it until after BFV launches or at all even.
I though the same!!!!!!!! because this is not a single user bug, cause by a single device. Its something that happens to Xbox One X users.

Hey @groovebox_house, the issue has been raised to the team and they are aware it's. It's not guaranteed that they will fix it but it's has been sent on to the team.
