Yes. By about 500% .....around 100 FPS or better.
Until then...set all your graphics to low.

Well since you have a very low end graphics card, and when you play on Conquest, there are alot of things going on causing more strain on your GPU and lower frame rate than TDM, you will probably have to set all your graphics down to low.

Actually, when still new, nVIDIA hadn't quite settled into "50" as the intro gaming level, and a 460 was closer to the "70" level today, so what we actually have is just a card that has grown too old since then, rather quickly, as happened to many of the five year old cards (AMD stopped including cards that old in new drivers since last October, for instance). We should also consider that BF4 never adjusted the official System Requirements, which were pretty lenient, probably too much so.

Yes, if you upgrade your card, it will help. Personally I recommend Nvidia, but that is just my personal preference.
Yes, when it was released, it may have been a very nice card. I was referring to it in its present day status as a very low end card.
