Hacked account

Hello,

I have a problem and I've had enough. I bought bf6 on ps5, I turn on the game and suddenly I get a message that my account has been deactivated. I will add that I never had an account on EA, someone had to connect to my playstation account and I can not play now. I would like the support to disconnect this account from my playstation account so that I could connect my EA account. It's very annoying to buy the game for so much money and not be able to play

If chat isn't available, then you should be able to open an email support case instead.

Please note, that nobody here can change account details or unlink platform accounts. You need to speak with EA Help.

Online chat with company employees is not available, I just want to disconnect this EA account, which does not belong to me from my playstation to connect my account and finally start playing
