Hacker has permanently banned my account

I have asked in regards of assistance as to how to eleviate the issue I'm having with a hacker of whom has permanently damaged my multiplayer access in the game.
Even balance themselves have written

08/22/2014 10:12:29 - "Alex J"  Note #6: I'm sorry, but a new GUID is required in order to play on PB enabled servers once again as these bans are not removed. 

A new Cdkey and account is needed in order to acquire a new GUID.    

So this is the part where it is realised that I am in need of a new serial cdkey to be able to start my game all over again...

I have also researched around the time of which my account got hijacked and read articles on at least 150 peoples accounts hijacked to prove the security of punkbuster needs to be fixed.
