Hainan Resort map rooftop Glitch

When I am using a sniper (SRR-61 with bipod/ 40x scope/ 14x maginifier), sniping from the biggest hill at my left flank (no the water) to the top of the resort.

I have no problem when picking out target from anotherplace, but when I take a shot to a camper from the rooftop (I clearly see the target's head glitching 180m far), I take nearly 15 shot and I saw the bullet fly through his head, and no hitmarker was showed.😕mileymad:
