Hardcore mode sniper

First of all, AHQ is not really a place for game feedback - it's a player-based tech support forum, devs don't go here for game balance feedback. forums.battlefield.com are a place for feedback.

Secondly, you are incorrect. All sniper rifles except two still are capable of killing in one hit regardless of distance on headshots (obviously) and upper body shots.

Thirdly, it was done for game balance reasons. If a sniper rifle/bolt action kills someone on any distance even if the shot just grazes the limb (which is the case with 200% damage), it totally demolishes the balance and makes other weapons quite useless.

Ah, shotguns are still perfectly capable of killing in one hit on HC, both the buckshot variants and Model 10 with slugs. The only thing that practically changes is the maximal lethal range (it went down), which makes sense for weapon class that is supposed to excel only on closest range.

All in all, as the thread is out of AHQ's scope, I will be locking it.
