@EA_David Thanks for the reply. However according to the Competition Guidelines: "For the Winner List send an e-mail to Battlefield Social on or after May 4, 2015, and we will provide you with a list of winners that received a prize". Which I did several times but to no avail. Additionally it states: "We will post the names of confirmed winners online after MAY 4 2015 at HTTP://BATTLELOG.BATTLEFIELD.COM/BFH/NEWS/. This list will remain posted until DECEMBER 25, 2015." Yet there is not a single mention of it anywhere.
So please can I have a list of the three players who won, along with a copy of the winning design. I find it odd that were was no public announcement on Battlelog, no replies to my emails, and cant see any obvious evidence of the winning patch in game. Something doesnt seem right to me...

We have no control over any of that, so it will have to be passed along to the higher ups. It usually takes 2 weeks+ for an email to even be read due to the mass amounts of them sent to EA, so that may be why they haven't responded.

@Apollo_v7 Thanks for the reply. I sent my first email to them on the 11th May 2015, so they have already had over 4 weeks to respond. Plus they should have publicly announced it on the 4th May anyway without needing to be prompted. I cant believe a large company like EA can run a competition so badly and be so utterly unreliable.
Has EA_David actually been in contact with the runners of the competition or is he just guessing? If he has, then surely he can just ask them for a list of winning players along with a copy of the winning design and details of when the new patches will be featured in the game. If he hasnt contacted them directly then how does he know or is he just speculating to keep me quiet.

David works for EA, and this was taken from previous occasions where similar events had happened. As said before, the winners of the competition have already been contacted.
It is currently unknown when the winners will be publicly announced, but it will be passed on.
