Hardline Multiplayer cant access

Playing on xbox series x. everytime i select multiplayer it says CONNECTION you have been disconnected from xbox live. Cant access the store, premium or Multiplayer, get the same prompt.. BUT I logged into my buddies account on my xbox and it worked just fine zero issues.

  • Welcome to the club😔. I’ve had this same issue for going on a year now. Tried literally every possible troubleshooting step that is findable on the internet and through their support multiple times. No matter what, MY GamerTag, gets that message for any menu option that requires online servers. But if I use any other account on my console it’s fine and all of them are accessible. I use to play this in 2015 and my character was level 78. It shows, however, in Battlelog from a separate account that can look… that my account progress is all at zero. I’ve uninstalled/reinstalled… downloaded via my disc copy. Rebought the ultimate edition for $2 digital and downloaded that way instead. Used a separate account to go into the game and then switch accounts, hard reset an infinite amount of times, linked/relinked on EA, changed networks, changed DNS and MAC addresses, deleted profile except saved games/redownloaded, logged out at menu and in, tried to join off someone else when they were on the game, tried to log two profiles in and use one to drag me in… and I’m sure I’m forgetting 20 other things I’ve tried. But yeah… sorry to hear you’ve become a part of this club. I own the game twice and disc or digital does not matter… it gives that error no matter what. EA support never got me through either😣😣

    Since you are on console, your options are very limited with troubleshooting. You should try reinstalling your game and check your internet connection. If the issue persists you should talk to EA support.
