Hardline Multiplayer cant access

Question

Playing on xbox series x. everytime i select multiplayer it says CONNECTION you have been disconnected from xbox live. Cant access the store, premium or Multiplayer, get the same prompt.. BUT I logged into my buddies account on my xbox and it worked just fine zero issues.&nbsp;

Hello Mulligans2425​,Since you are on console, your options are very limited with troubleshooting. You should try reinstalling your game and check your internet connection. If the issue persists you should talk to EA support.
