I'm having the same problem with CD. My game has been stuck at 40% for about a day. Then I deleted it, attempted to reinstall. It installed slowly but then again got stuck at 40%. This is absolutely ridiculous.
- I did all those things as well. Did u try to eject the disc without turning the playstation off then inserting it again? Believe me, it was very frustrating over 3 days.
Yes I tried that. Im currently trying the enter safe mode and initialize PS4 as new again. Lets see im at 21% so we'll find out soon enough if it gets stuck at 40% for a fourth time.
Edit: Annddddddd im at 41%....maybe this did it!
