Hardline PS4 (in game install too slow)

Yeah fix it asap yeah all these blokes whingin ive been downloading mine for the last 99 hours ok im in victoria craigieburn

Please can we have an update on this. It's almost an year since you've promised that you all have been working on this. I'm stuck on the same installing page and it's way too slow/. Any update will be helpful

there shouldn't be an issue with that. I myself have just recently reinstalled Hardline on my PS4 without an issue. 
How are you connected to the internet on your PS4?

just bought BF:Hardline on ps4 stuck at 24% am i even able to put it in restmode or will it just stop downloading? very disappointing  expected better quality from an AAA game please fix this i am at 5 MB/s and its still this slow? (By the way bought it from PSN store)

Yes you can put your console in rest mode and still download the game, this is probably the better option given that the download is very slow, also if you`re on a Wireless connection I would advise that you use a wired one, if possible. 

Did you had any progress on the download, after the 24%?

Putting your system in rest mode

When your PS4™ system is in rest mode, it keeps operating, but at a lower power consumption. You can set the system to download files and charge a controller while it's in rest mode.
You can put your PS4™ system in rest mode using one of the following methods.

• Select  (Power) from the function screen, and then select [Enter Rest Mode].
• Press and hold the PS button, and then select [Enter Rest Mode] from the quick menu that appears.
• Press and hold the power button until the system beeps.

When your PS4™ system enters rest mode, the display darkens. The power indicator blinks white, and then turns orange.
To exit rest mode, turn on your system.

• To put your system in rest mode, you must select the checkboxes for the options in  (Settings) > [Power Save Settings] > [Set Features Available in Rest Mode].
• If [Enter Rest Mode] does not appear, select [Power Options] > [Enter Rest Mode].
• When an upload or download starts or finishes, the power indicator blinks orange.

I think I may have found a solution to this. 

So when you go into BH and you see the painstakingly long FULL GAME download, press and hold the PS button and close the BH application. 

Then go into Network and test your connection. It should come through all good.

Then go back to the BH icon but don't start. Instead press options and jump into INFORMATION. 

You should now see the Download Status which shows a MB value of the download status. 

What doing the test connection is, it seems to reset the install and make the process MUCH MUCH FASTER. 

Here's how much.

Before testing - 1MB every 4-5 seconds.

After - 6-7 MB every second - which is normal for my connection.
