hardline stats, patch and money transfer from ps3 to ps4

Question

Hey! Recently invested in a PS4, I have really enjoyed the gameplay on the ps3 but finally decided to invest in a new console!

But to my broken heart; upon loading up the ps4 version of hardline, i did not receive the otpion to transfer any of my items or money. As far as I heard you could only do it for Battlefield 4? is there ANY possibility that Dice will create a way for us to upload our stats as a transfer from old- to new consoles (for battlefield hardline)? I have reached the max rank on ps3 and it will be a waste if I have to start over (and not use the 'legendary' feature)

The stats transfer for BF4 was "a thing" because the game came out just as the PS4 came out. This wasn't the case for Hardline and thus no such feature was made.

Do you think that they might bring it in, maybe for christmas time when lots of people might be upgrading consoles? it would definitly add heaps of more players and be a bigger insentive to upgrade what with larger maps and 64 players (+ getting to keep stats)
