I'm trying to report a player for harresment - however, the form entry for it has a problem, namely the Harresment/cheating type has no types for it - and yet it is a must have field. I presume this is just an oversight, and not an attempt to remove the need to deal with harresement...
Kyuubiclone is corerct. Also what form did you utilze to report the player? Here is the easiest way to report a player:
Go to battlelog.battlefield.com then to the battle report or the search function over your friends bar on the right, find or search for the admin's name, highlight it and then click the triangle with the exclamation and then file a complaint. Be as descriptive as possible and if possible include any video evidence, URLs to battlereports, or URLs to harrassing posts.
