Have Premium but Back to Karkand not working?

Hi I have Battlefield 3 Premium but when I right-click BF3 and click show game details, it says I need to buy Back to Karkand. It's greyed out, but I already have  the other DLCs from premium. I'm su...

Hello!

Few days ago, started to failed to join any server that have dlcs with this error:

"Requires additional expansion pack

To play on this server you need Back to Karkand "
 
Today i called and advisor and told me that the only solution was to delete my soldier and account and create a new again with bf3 premium. I told her that this solution was not nice for me because i have near 1800 hours in bf3 and lot of hours in bf4 and other bf so i didnt accept the solution because dont want to start again with all my games.
 
I contacted few people from this thread "https://answers.ea.com/t5/Battlefield-3/Have-Premium-but-not-Back-to-Karkand/td-p/532480/page/16" and told to me that  @EA_Joker  solved this problem without deleting his old soldiers or progress, just fixing the problem. I attached a captured from a conversation.
 
So, please, i need to contact @EA_Joker and write a PM to me because seems that you can fix the problem instead of deleting soldiers and progress. I want to be sure that i dont loose soldiers, accounts, progress, etc.

    If Back to Karkand is not working and have premium please reach out to EA Support they should be able to help you out with your issue.

    And as i told to you and you can read in my post with red color, this is the reply that i got from EA support today...

    the only solution was to delete my soldier and account and create a new again with bf3 premium

    This solution is not good for anyone... repeat, i dont want to see that EAsupport transfer my games into a new account for fixing this error meanwhile there are persons that i contacted that joker solved their problems without transfering and loosing their accounts.

    After spending a lot of time testing, i got a workaround uninstalling firefox 72 and reinstalled firefox 52 that allow running battlelog plugin but lot of people told me that they are using firefox 72 without any problems...

    At this time, im very lost about how to fix so perphaps the problem is about my pc...

    Corei7 sandy bridge 2600k

    24gb ram

    gtx1070

    1hdd 500gb and 2ssd 500gb

    Anyway, the solution told me after calling EA support was not good and im happy for not choosing because, deleting my account, soldier and progress, it wouldnt solved anything..

    Please, how do you fix the problem for the other people?
