Having issue while playing bf1 and nfs unbound

I am having an issue with my pc for about 3 months. Games i play keeps crashing and giving this or similiar directx errors. Specifically dx11 and dx12 my drvers are all up to date. I tried clean installing windows removing drivers with ddu and reinstalling them i even sent my pc to customer support and they changed my pcs motherboard and still having this issue
