having to hard reset xbox one

I have Bf hardline and the issue I have is after I stop playing the game and then go to restart the game it won't connect to the multi-player/match screen it just hangs saying it's loading but never does I have tried quiting the game and reloading and it still doesn't resolve it the only thing I can do is to hard reset the xbox after doing this it works first time. But as soon as i leave the game and watch TV and then come back to it I have to hard reset again

    That is a weird issue, have you checked if there is a system update for your console available? I doubt that this issue is caused by your router but you could try to power-cycle your router-modem anyway. To do that, disconnect your router-modem from the power source for at least 2 minutes and turn if on again after.

    It only happens when I try to play the multi-player there is no update for the console it is only on Bf hardline that I have this issue
