HD 7970 + FX 8350 40fps on low

Hello guys,

I bought Battlefield 4 and i'm not verry happy with the performance.
I see all kinds of guys on youtube with the same system running Ultra with 4xMsaa on 45-60 fps and on 1080p.
When i turn it to Ultra it drops to the low 30's and 40's. (I also have a 1080p screen)
I don't know what's wrong, because GPU and CPU temps are all good.

My complete sytem:
CPU: Fx 8350
GPU: Sapphire HD 7970 (1000/1400 Mhz)
RAM: 8GB @1600 Mhz
HDD: 1TB @7200 RPM
PSU: XFX Pro 650W

    Hi man,

    my spec:

    i7 2600k

    Gigabyte Radeon HD 7970 OC, 3 Go

    8 GB RAM 

    no ssd

    Win 8.1

    I have test the latest drivers ans the previous one, I run on ultra with 55-60 fps

    during the beta I was on win 7, I never had performance issue

    Try re install properly the latest amd drivers.

    Did you solve your problem because i have exact same issue. 

    FX 8350 @ 4.8Ghz + Vapor-X HD 7950 3Gb and i run 40-50 fps average on 64 men server rush........only on operation lockers it never drops below 60.
