Battlefield 1 Server Problem

Sadly the RSP is fairly terrible. And doesn't allow me to fix it via the in game configurator, I have already tried this for 2-3 days in  a row changing settings and "updating server" and its to no avail. It will tell me its 24 player Operations campaign on Domination for example. The server needs this fixed asap as we are only getting matchmaking from Operations players meaning they join see its conquest and immediately leave so the server is constantly dying.

What ive been told as this glitch in the rental server programme is rare is that EA/DICE need to go internally to "restart" the server. The only other option is to let it die and expire and that is over 3 months away.  Attached is 2 images 1 while in the server and 1 just before manually joining.

I'm not very familiar with the rental program for Battlefield 1 servers Nort8D​, but have you tried talking with EA support?
