Which Direct x version are you using?  DX12 seems to not be optimized for this game and I would get significant stuttering while using it but none while using DX11

    Yes, I have Windows 10 (with DirectX 12), but I only enabled DirectX 11 within the game.
    I recorded a new video with using commands "PerfOverlay.Enable true", "PerfOverlay.DrawGraph true", "PerfOverlay.DrawFps true" and "PerfOverlay.FpsDisplayScale 5".
    I should also find out where the fps log file is created (if "PerfOverlay.FrameFileLogEnable true").
