What is your ingame video-setup and have you checked if there is an update for your video-card driver available? Please open your Origin client, go to your "Application Settings" and head over to the "In Game" tab. Uncheck the Origin in-game overlay and test if that will solve your issue.
Cheers

My current Origin Settings:
Origin In-game; unchecked
Game properties: Disable Origin In-game
My Video Settings:
1366x786
GFE Optimized: a mix of low. ultra and high
I have also tried Low and Medium which is worse, the lag seems to last longer. Ultra is also worse but, more consistently I can't reach 60 Fps unlike lower settings.
No V-Sync
Video driver 337.88; Just updated to 340 beta driver. Have yet to try it with this driver (released yesterday)

Yet it is still Laging. I have even gone as far as disabling windows audio and it is improved but, eventually the lag returns.
