Helicopter joystick throttle problem

Hi,

When I go to zero throttle on helicopters, it disables my joystick controls.  My throttle is bound to Trigger 1 and Trigger 2 because like in the last two games, you didn't:t design native throttle support into the game for some reason (Despite BF2 being perfect in this way).

Is there a way to fix this? 

Also, would it be possible to make it so we can use look around like in every single flight sim in the last 15 years (using a directional hat switch momentarily instead of freelook).  i.e., press up look up, press right look right, press back look back, press back left look back left...

The inability to do this gives people with multi-monitor setups a huge advantage in air to air combat.
