Hello! I tried to install battlefield 1942 on Windows 11.
Used a disk, it would give me the admin error (even though I'm the admin).
Used a disk, and applied the patches gamespy patches v1.19, v1.61b and v1.61 and now it flashes an attempt to go to the game, but then goes back to laptop screen.
Am hoping to use this as a local net, four player co-op. The other three machines are working fine.
Any ideas?

Are you trying to install the original 1942 from CD? @5vgume4puuh8
Its an old game so might be hard for it to work on Windows 11 and the Online system is also discontinued, the company gamespy dont exist anymore.
