Then, play a few rounds, and let your Account sync up with the Servers.

I am on ps4, having the same issue, even companion app shows bf1 account reset. Would love to just try a few matches but matchmaking doesn't work, servers do not show up and my Internet connection is fine.
This is not a connection issue on our end, this is something wrong with the servers
