Help, cant play because it said " trial end "

Hello guys can i ask something, so i bought battlefield 1 game many years ago from a game store ( reseller ) via gift, after years playing and move city and not bring a my own pc, im starting plays in icafe, and somehow i get a notifications that i played a trial game somehow, but its not a problem at all, i can still played it, and with ea using new launcher, i cant play it, i can event opened it and force close and ask to update like many times, what should i do? im afraid its triggered because im playing a bf 1 trials mode, but i do have the gameeeee, confusing.

    yeah im trying to reach ea for the situations, stuck in the launcher after force updating, like for an hours haha

  • @RektorUndip have you been able to solve it, ea support told me to wait for an update of EA app, it has been months and nothing is solved for me

    Yes but it is an endless loop of asking me to do stuff and nothing works, ending by i am sorry to hear, this will be solved in a few days but it has been months

    I am right now asking again to see if they can fix it finally

    @woody357ANW reached ea support they said for me to wait and read the forum for more info

    I am tired of this, why they don't let us download again origin so we can play our games

    I have provided plenty of evidence that I have the game.

    @Neiserblack I am so sorry about this. I won't say I didn't encounter deep problems like this in the past.

    Really helpless, I don't get what is EA App purpose, this is sick.

    @woody357ANW finally is solved, i keep insisting i talked directly in english with support

    A legend support assistant checked my account really well and said that probably was an error ocurred while the transition, he activated a copy of bf1 and finally is working

    Hope it helps someone

    Really glad you've found a way.

    Asking a legend support on EA Assistance, never occured to me until now.

    Thanks for fighting this, it might help somehow more people in the future.
