HELP INFINITE LOADING ISSUE!

hi can someone help me plz i just bought battlefield 1 (bit late i know hh and i preferred to get 1 instead of v bcz i think 1 is better especially the maps ) but i just cant join any multiplayer game it just go infinite loading screen(where u choose a medal)

singleplayer works fine

tried reinstalling the game and repairing game file

tried changing the game directory and drive but nothing

Help please

    i just fixed it

    it was a internet problem or firewall so i tried using my phone mobile data and used hotspot and connected my pc and when i launched bf1 it asked for new firwall setting so i allowed it and the game no join normally

    @Rock_Head322 hi can i ask how you rest mtu value in router i mean what is the default value and how did you disbale router firewall and i tried dmz and didn't work and do you have to restart router

    ok i tried finding out what exactly fixed it by elimination, its the mtu value that caused the problem. @dz_sakana 

    1492 seems to be the standard value

    i tried disabling upnp and dmz and they had no effect but my network is still private in windows settings and bf1 has access to both public and private networks.

    In case anyone else has this problem in the future, this is what worked for me:

    1. Search firewall in start, click on "Windows Defender Firewall"

    2. In the left pane, click on "Advanced settings"

    3. In the left pane, click on "Inbound Rules"

    4. Delete every item that says "Battlefield™ 1" in the list.

    5. Start the game and the firewall pop up will come again, click allow!

    6. Enjoy!!
