im cant join to server whin im join to server he say to me No contact with EA Online. Please try again later. ReconnectEA HELP

Hello Fayez-Vip-2020,
Please check your internet connection, reset your modem and make sure that there isn't a heavy load on the connection. If you are downloading a large file whilst trying to play, please cancel the download. Make sure you also have the latest version of PunkBuster from the link below and restart your computer.
