i hade a sniper that i just unlocked be relocked and i know i unlocked it becuse i have pergresion on the sniper also my game thinks i am new and marked verything as unsen and keeps giveing me hint help me please

thats a bug in the game. leave the match and join a new one and you should be able to see them again. to show that your pregression is still there go to test range and youll be able to see your items and customizations
try moving your profile save data to the cloud storage then start the game using your normal storage to load what itll do is recreate the profile save data.
IMPORTANT
deleting profile save data will delete single player and reset all settings. if you move the current to cloud you can restore it later with them unaffected
this may fix your issue with the tips and stuff coming up everytime you play but youll need to change your settings. to make sure the gun youre suppose to have unlocked double check with battlelog
