Im new to Origin and I was planning on buying Battlefield 3 Premium Edition on PC (not the disc).
- What will my username be on online multiplayer?
- Do I sign to Battlefield 3 online multiplayer with my Origin account? If so will my username be my Origin ID?
- Do I need some kind of product key to acitivate the game?

Yes, your Origin ID will be your online username in Battlefield 3 on PC. You can change your Origin ID at any time via the Origin client or the Origin store account page. Battlefield 3 utilizes Origin, which means it will show up in your Origin client's game library and you can download/install and launch the game from there. Once you've purchased Battlefield 3 Premium Edition from the Origin store it will be automatically tied to your Origin account (remember to use the same account both in the store as well as the client). Wherever you are, you can always download and install the Origin client, log in with your Origin account and then download and play the game.
