Help, with Battfield 4 GUID Ban

Greetings everybody 🙂 so this is my first time posting on EA forum hoping to get the help that i'm looking for 

to start with it is about the Ban that i got on my Battlefield 4 account, i had this account for years played for long hours and enjoyed every bit of it

the thing is, i got back on it just to find that i received a Permenant Ban from PunkBuster ''GUID BAN'' tried to contact evenbalance but to no avail nothing happened...

Emailed EA support twice or three times and they refer me to the same thing, submitting a ticket on Evenbalance for a ban appeal.

i don't see how to get unbanned, any solutions will be hugely appreciated

if there is a way please to directly get in touch with an origin/EA support technician please do let me know can't find a way, thinking about solving it with one of their support technicians or something
