Hi @Weebert89,
The first dog tag is better to made lonely and you need free time to solve it, but you can solve it in more than 1 session.
For the second you have to solve it in a single session normally it request less than 1 hour, and you can be helped by other players.
For the second dog tag "A Confilct" if you want and if you play on PS4 I can help you (DM me) 🙂
