Hi @camdaman2121,
If you are unable to use content you downloaded from the PlayStation Store, it could be a problem with the licenses for the content. Try restoring the licenses.
- Go to [Settings] > [Account Management] > [Restore Licenses].
- Select Restore and wait until the process is complete and try accessing your content again.
NOTE: You may need to activate a primary PS4 console.
- Go to [Settings] > [Account Management] > [Activate as Your Primary PlayStation 4].
- Select Activate.
If that doesn't work, you probably didn't install the content for the game. Please read this article on How to manage your downloadable content (DLC) on PlayStation.
