Doesn't sound like a problem EA and or Dice can solve, it probably has to do with a international political dispute making the service unavailable you're region. I think you misunderstood me.
Dubai is not a country. Dubai is a city in the UAE and as I said in the OP, I live in the UAE.
So how is that "international political dispute"?
